Job Description
Trampoline Park Manager
As a Manager, you play a vital leadership role in the success of the park’s day-to-day operations. You are responsible for executing and overseeing park revenue goals, operational excellence, safety, guest satisfaction, and staff development. You ensure a clean, safe, and fun environment for all guests while supporting the General Manager in achieving profitability and operational objectives.
You lead by example—motivating your team, communicating clear expectations, fostering a positive work culture, and continuously seeking improvement in processes, guest experience, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support Assistant Managers, Team Leads, and Team Members across all operational areas.
- Model and promote a fun, inclusive, and safety-focused culture.
- Oversee team member hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management in partnership with the General Manager.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance check-ins, and recognition programs to drive engagement and accountability.
- Act as a hands-on leader, capable of performing any park role when needed.
Guest Experience & Service
- Ensure all guests have a “WoW” experience by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong visibility in the park, engaging directly with guests and staff throughout shifts.
- Handle escalated guest feedback with empathy, professionalism, and appropriate follow-up.
Revenue & Financial Performance
- Assist in managing park operations and expenses based on P&L objectives and budget guidelines.
- Drive key revenue streams such as memberships, birthday parties, food & beverage, and general admissions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and local marketing initiatives.
- Train and motivate front-line staff to understand and meet sales KPIs.
- Review sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
Operations, Facility & Safety
- Ensure all park attractions, equipment, and facilities meet company and OSHA safety standards.
- Lead daily inspections and ensure work orders and maintenance issues are documented and resolved quickly.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
- Adjust staffing levels to meet guest volume and safety requirements.
- Oversee inventory management for supplies, food & beverage, and merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume, customer-facing industry (entertainment, fitness, retail, or restaurant).
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience; membership or subscription-based sales preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and act on P&L data to drive results.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and POS systems.
- Flexible schedule: available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the park for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
