Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and interpret Contract Documents (RFPs, specifications, etc.).
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for design-build infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with estimators and engineers/designers to provide constructability input and value engineering.
• Participate in Task Force Meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project working sessions.
• Identify, quantify, and communicate project risks throughout the estimating process.
• Conduct site visits and investigations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction/engineering, specifically in heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, costs, and techniques.
• Experience interpreting project schedules, cost control, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of construction safety standards and compliance with OSHA and federal requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• CADD and 3D Modeling software experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
