Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Immediate career opportunity for reliable laborers to assist a reputable government contractor with a large furniture installation project. Working a schedule of Monday through Saturday, this position provides workers with an abundance of overtime opportunities. Ideal candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to receive government clearance. Hiring for both 6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Moving, unwrapping, and assembling office furniture
  • Physical labor including lifting, bending, squatting, and standing for full shifts
  • Use of basic tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and socket sets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
  • Team players willing to complete all tasks
  • Willingness to invest in your own basic tools over time (having your own tools is a plus!)

Other Info:
  • Background-friendly (no felonies, violent crimes, or theft-related charges)
  • Must have own vehicle to get in and out of the Fort Meade Military base. Getting dropped off doesn't work due to security protocols.
